In EU our first winner was KiiKoo Combo who on the first day of the qualifier managed to stop team Unstopable and overcome Schuifpui Schavuiten. A semi final victory over Disgusting pitted them against Feel the Heat in the final and they were able to defeat their opponents in a closely fought series. Having won the first qualifier without losing a single map this certainly puts them as one of the early favourites to qualify for the crucible.

Over in NA our first winner and qualifier for Division S was Anti-Clown Association who managed 2-0 victories over RewinD and Broken Alliance Gaming before going on to defeat Perfect Gems by a score of 2-1 in a back-and-forth encounter. A close final suggests there may be some exciting, competitive games in the remaining qualifiers.
