The invasion of the sloths continue this season with the formation of Team Plasma, the sister team of Team Solid. Sharing similar veneration of the sloth-kind and their dictatorship ideologies, this offshoot of Solid however seem to resemble Agents007 in their play, a mystery we cannot help but explore.
We are lucky enough to catch up with them between their waking hours (spoilers: more than I can say about them being on time for an actual match) to ask a few questions.
Hello Team Plasma, would you like to introduce yourselves to our audience?
Nintales: Who am I? It’s none of your business. Aside that I’m Nintales, the resident French sub of Team Plasma that doesn’t know how to play the game. Maybe if I could grow older in a few seconds it’d be possible but for now I’m just a Master pleb.
Hidderino: Heyo I'm Hidderino or Hidde2k16 (ik im a year behind) or just Hidde, I’m the captain for this team. We all got stuck in this because of ol' cptraynor. I play tank for the team and I'm the main drafter and shot caller as much as we like to disagree with each other someone has to do it.

Khoine: I'm a casual pleb, better known as Valla cos that's all the team lets me play R.I.P. Let us pray for the Tyrande rework so I don’t have to hyper carry their arses all the time.
VentedSun: I’m Vented, I’m the main mage player on the team, I have a habit of dying and missing my skill shots to annoy our supports as much as possible, I’m 18 and from the UK.

So, Hidde hinted this, but tell us, how did you guys find each other and form a team?
Hidderino: Well, we all play together (except Nintales) from a different server, we met each other from ARAMs and random games
Nintales: We met on 4Chan, did some memes, and then decided after drinking with alcohol that it was good to form a team. Aside that, we're just people from same server that met each other in ARAM, then team got formed from the idea of Raynor iirc?
ButterPanda: Nintales go take your meds.
Hidderino: ignore everything Nintales just said OSsloth.

How did you end up with the name Team Plasma?
Hidderino: We kind of got forced into this by Dotocopi.

Ha, the Grand Dictator. So, you're billed to b the sister team of fellow division 3 Team Solid. How do you feel about your experiences in the Lounge so far?
Hidderino: It’s been pretty good in general. It is fun try hard.
ButterPanda: It is stressful m8.
Hidderino: Though we still need to start practicing sometime OSsloth.
VentedSun: it’s fun, loving the whole thing so far in general.

We’re halfway through the season and you're sitting almost at the halfway point in the Grand Meme Division, how are you finding the competition?

Hidderino: Competition has been good, there’s been some better teams than ours, there’s been worse. However, in general it’s really competitive, we beat Solid in scrims a few times as well as 30s, and while we’ve yet to play solid we lost 2-1 to 30s in a pretty good game. Sadly, we can’t compete with the clown and memes of agents007 (editor’s note: they be wrong).
ButterPanda: I agree with Hidde on the fact that we need to start practising more. But we seem to never really have times where all of us can play. Which is a little frustrating, but I don't think we've done too badly.
According to my calculation, there's a good chance you will face Agents if you lose to Halloween tomorrow, but tell us, what's this rivalry with Agents007?
ButterPanda: yes please tell us Hidde.
VentedSun: ^
Hidderino: OSsloth. It’s not rivalry I just want to not out clown them.

Sounds like a great plan Butter. What are your chances of 'not' out clowning agents?
Nintales: 100%. Agents just can't ‘not’ clown so we're fine Jebaited. (Editor’s note: they have since both lost to Focus Halloween and out clown Agents that series on multiple levels)
Hidderino: I’d say pretty high SirSloth, (as long as I’m not feeding like against FFS OSsloth).
ButterPanda: mmmmmhm.

We digress, are there any teams outside Agents that you look forward, or hope to meet in the remaining features?
Nintales: Team Solid, definitely Team Solid. (*Editor’s note: Nintales was on Solid’s roster last season*)
Hidderino: I’d like to play Solid when they try their hardest, just for the memes.
Nintales: I could kill them while being forced to play Plasma

Hidderino: shhhhh, we do not speak of that ban. That never happened. I need to find someone to rig that away.
Nintales: Auriel ban was legit. You can see teams like playing ducks ban her for a good reason.
Hidderino: this was pre-buff Auriel doesn’t count.
Nintales: Auriel in Dragon Shire in second pick is really good because if you grab her + Gul'dan, Valla or Cassia. You have legit won the game because it means your rotation potential ends up 100% better than the other team. Even without buffs she was already quite good.

ButterPanda: also I personally love Auriel with a second healer
Nintales: Auriel with any other healer ends up being pretty fun if you add a Valla to the mix
