Heroes Lounge Season 2 was awesome and better than any expectations. The end is near, the Playoffs only a blink away. Next week the last matches will be played and we will see the last teams fighting for the qualification for the big 16 Teams Double Elimination Tournament which will start in two weeks from now, on Monday the 20th of February 2017. Since we want to present you the best coverage of what will happen in the games, the casters of Heroes Lounge sat together with the mods and put out an quite well thought through schedule for all the matches. Up to now seven casters and eight co-casters have been confirmed to stream all the games for you on our three Heroes Lounge twitch.tv-channels. Yeah, you read right. Three. Besides our two already excisting twitch.tv-channels, we will setup a third one especially for the Playoffs of Heroes Lounge Season 2. ###The seeding and the bracket Remember, there will be eight teams of Division 1, five teams of Division 2, and three teams of Division 3 qualified for the Heroes Lounge Season 2 Playoffs. As already announce earlier, the format will be a Double Elimination Tournament and the teams will be seeded from the top of Division 1 to the last qualified teams of Division 3. You can take a look onto the bracket yourself below.
The Round 1 of Heroes Lounge Season 2 Playoffs will take place between the 20h and 24th of February 2017. The matches between the teams of Division 1 and those of Division 2 and 3 will be arranged among the specific team captains according to their team's availability during the week as it was done throughout the whole season. All the other games will be played on Saturday/Sunday the 25th/26th. Since we want to have as many games covered as possible and a proper organization in terms of waiting times and such, we decided to stick to a rather fixed schedule for all the winner/loser-bracket games and the finals. #####Day 1

Please note, that the schedule and the bracket might be subjects to change. ###Special rules for the Playoffs All of the matches will be Best-of-3 series with the exception of the Grandfinal! The Grandfinal which will be played on the 26th February at 20:00 CET will be a Best-of-5 series. The team coming from the Winner-bracket final will start with 1-0 into the Best-of-5. For only the Playoffs some of the current rules regarding Subs and Delay of the game will be altered. Every team will has a 10 minutes timepool for delays during one game - NOT match! However, exceeding this timepool will result in a loss and the opposing team will not have to choose to extend this timeframe even if they would like to. The show must go on. Substitution for Players have to be approved by Moderators or Casters until 12:00 CET on the day of the game and the opposing team has to be informed accordingly. There is no MMR limit on subs, but they *must not* currently be taking part in the playoffs as part of the roster of another team.
If you think, any of these rules above are not clear enough and need to be clarified further, or if there are any topics which have not been covered yet, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update this blog post and inform you via discord announcements about changes. ###Playoff AMA with Fictional, Robb, and Cosmic On Saturday, the 18th of February at 19:00 CET there will be a live streamed AMA about the HeroesLounge Season 2 Playoffs presented by Fictional, Robb, and Lounge Master Cosmic himself.
