Season 6 Dates & Rules Changes!

With the crowning of our Cup & Championship winners, our attention now shifts to Season 6, for what promises to be Heroes Lounge's best season yet!

Season 6 Round 1 begins	12th March 2018
Season 6 Round 10 begins	14th May 2018
Last day Season 6 league games can be played	25th May 2018
Season 6 Tiebreakers (if needed)	26th - 27th May 2018 (before 18:00 CET on the 27th)
Season 6 Draw Show	27th May 20:00 CET
Heroes Lounge Cup Group Games	28th May - 8th June
Heroes Lounge Cup Finals Weekend	9th - 10th June
Heroes Lounge Championship Group Games	28th May - 22nd June (extra week due to Dreamhack Summer)
Heroes Lounge Championship Finals Weekend	23rd - 24th June

As part of our efforts to improve each season, we have taken your feedback and will be making the following changes for Season 6:

We will be switching from a 9 round season, to a 10 round season - This means every team gets an extra round of games this season!

Map wins to be used to decide division placement for promotions, demotions and playoff spots - The way this works is that a team will get a "map win" for each map they take off of a team. So if a team wins 2-1, they will get 2 map wins, whilst the losing team will get 1. These are added up to decide teams ranking within the division in the case of 2 or more teams being tied on overall match wins

Teams will now be re-seeded before the start of a new season when adding 2 or more players to their roster, instead of 3 - This should hopefully result in fairer matchups for them and their opponents
