What we're doing

On this coming Friday August 23rd, Robb & Eef will start a 24 hour gaming marathon at 18:00 CEST/12:00 EST. Streamed live on the Heroes Lounge main channel, with all proceeds going to the Children's Miracle Network of hospitals, providing urgent care to kids who otherwise wouldn't be able to get it.

Extra Life unites thousands of gamers around the world to play games in support of their local Children's Miracle Network Hospital. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $50 million for sick and injured kids.

There will be a ton of games being played, many that are open to people to join in! We will also have some giveaways for some awesome loot, and some Heroes Lounge merchandise. 

As a community, we're always keen to give back to society and lend a helping hand towards those less fortunate. What better way than helping out whilst playing your favorite games? There will be a host of activities and guests throughout the day, so do check in from time to time and support us. Any donations given to Extra Life here will entirely go to the charity. We raised a little over $1300 last time, this time we are aiming to raise at least $1250, with stretch goals for everything more raised after. For the kids.

Stretch Goals and Incentives

As if streaming for 24 hours wasn't enough, we have decided for some insane reason to give you the ability to further our suffering. For the kids.

For every $100 raised past our goal of $1250, we will stream for a extra 1 hour, up to a total of 6 extra hours (or 30 hours total).This will be done consecutively with the rest of the stream. And if that wasn't enough, if you manage to somehow reach $2000, we will do another 24 hour charity stream over the Christmas period.

For every $10 someone donates, they will get an entry to a prize draw. So if you donate $70, that would count as 7 entries! And if that wasn't enough, for every single $50 donation tagged with a #songrequest that is made, Eef & Robb will sing you a song live on stream (song request list to follow).
